About the position: Senior Manager, Account Receivable
How you'll make an impact:
- Executing multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing priorities, removing barriers, providing resources, and measuring progress.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.
- Evaluating industry practices and advising on operational functions.
- Breaking down key business processes and implementing cost management techniques.
- Driving continuous improvement and transformational projects to promote operational efficiencies and cost saving s in processing transactions that eliminate process defects.
- Performing advanced financial analyses to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
- Liaising with the IT department to implement changes in accounting software and enforce accounting standards.
- Analyzing financial data and presenting conclusions to management.
- Implementing data management solutions and managing metadata environment.
- Monitor adherence to internal controls, investigate deviations, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Managing functional partnerships, stakeholder communication, and engagement.
- Ensuring service excellence through problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
What you'll bring:
- Knowledge of business transactions, and documentation.
- Knowledge of governance and control frameworks, risk assessment, process design, and fraud detection.
- Understanding data management, architecture, and standards .
- Understanding of business context, industry factors, and competitors.
- Knowledge of financial terminology, metrics, and performance indicators.
