We are currently seeking a Senior Management Consultant with specialized expertise in healthcare staffing models and functional assessments to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex projects, ensuring alignment with VHA's objectives for operational excellence and high-quality veteran care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of staffing requirements and functional processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within VHA operations.
- Design and implement advanced staffing models and assessment tools, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions.
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, translating complex requirements into actionable strategies.
- Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive reports and presentations to Senior Management, highlighting insights, impacts, and recommendations.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management consulting, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare settings and government projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
