Job Summary:
Working within a cohesive team, the Principal Consultant / Senior Manager will successfully lead and manage financial information system (FIS), human resource (HR), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) vendor assessments, selections, and software implementations for Raftelis' public sector clients (i.e., municipalities, utilities, local governments, etc.).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Help grow Raftelis' Financial Service Line by assisting our municipal, local government, and utility clients select and implement commercial-off-the-shelf FIS, HR, and/or ERP solutions.
- Lead and manage our FIS/HR/ERP needs assessments, software selections, and implementation support projects
- Help our clients implement innovative supporting technologies (i.e., timekeeping, budgeting, inventory, purchasing, receiving, etc.)
- Perform as-is process analyses to identify opportunities for optimization
- Lead and/or assist in Raftelis' proposal and business development efforts
- Build trusted relationships with both internal and external clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7 plus years of implementation management of mid-tier FIS / HR / ERP solutions (e.g., Tyler Munis, Workday, HTE, Sage, CGI Advantage, Lawson, Great Plains, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple vendor software implementation projects
- Ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within the US

The salary range for this position is $125k to $175k. Compensation depends on education and experience. Employees in this position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus in the range of up to 25% of compensation, depending on the firm's yearly performance and the performance of the employee. Such bonuses are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the firm.
