Responsibilities:
- Developing account strategies to maintain and grow revenue from key clients.
- Regularly reviewing clients' satisfaction levels as well as identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Leading negotiations and closing deals in line with company goals and client expectations.
Requirements and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in Key Account management preferably within technology or professional services sector.
- Proven track record of managing major accounts while achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with problemsolving abilities that can develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication skills including negotiation skills.
