Insurity’s next Senior IT Support Specialist
Our Senior IT Support Specialist will have a background in supporting Windows-based environments, managing Office 365, and managing Active Directory/Azure Active Directory. They are passionate about learning new things, want flexible schedules, and enjoy working with a close-knit team of like-minded individuals.
We are seeking someone who is motivated and eager to take on the challenges within IT Support realm. This person wants to maintain a high bar of quality workmanship and has an obsession to deliver that quality to their users.
Every member of our team is expected to ship top-notch work, take complete ownership of their responsibilities, and work autonomously. As a Sr. IT Support Specialist, you will work with the team to tackle user problems, take critical issues, and ensure optimal functioning of Insurity. What Our Senior IT Support Specialist Will Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients
  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting moderately complex hardware and software issues
  • Provide support for Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, etc.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to problems encountered
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build strong working relationships with team members
  • Be dependable, accountable and responsive to customer and business needs
  • Willingness to be in on-call rotations and support critical issues that arise in the evening or on weekends
  • Provide mentorship to team members
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum 7 years of IT related work experience
  • Strong Knowledge of Office 365 and Azure Active Directory are required for this role
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry-standard computing concepts, practices, network protocols, and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, computers, and mobile devices in a wired/wireless network environment
  • A solid understanding of computer hardware and software support
  • Solid time management skills including work planning, prioritization and organization with an ability to multi-task
  • Analytical and critical thinker with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, team collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written) in English

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $75,000 - $135,000, commensurate with experience.
