A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR HVAC SERVICE SPECIALIST

Picture this: You start your day with a fresh cup of coffee and a smile on your face as you head out in your company vehicle to your first service call. Today, you'll be visiting a residential property to diagnose an HVAC issue. Armed with your expert knowledge, you quickly identify the problem and skillfully make the necessary repairs. The homeowner is delighted with your efficient service and glowing communication skills. You move on to your next appointment, a routine maintenance check at a commercial building. You ensure the system is running smoothly, proactively addressing any potential issues. Throughout the day, you interact with a variety of clients, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills and leaving a positive impression at each location. As you wrap up the day, you feel a sense of accomplishment knowing you've made a difference in the lives of our valued customers.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

As a full-time Senior HVAC Service Specialist at Comfort Pro LLC, you'll enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 8 am. Additionally, you'll participate in a 5-week on-call rotation to ensure we provide timely assistance to our customers. Our HVAC services cover the beautiful city of Cary, NC (zip code 27511) and surrounding areas.
