A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist at MKS, you will provide internal support to the leaders of our Corporate Functions. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global HR Business Partner and collaborating with our HR Centers of Excellence, you will implement actions related to talent, organizational, and engagement strategy. Join us on our journey as we continue to grow. This role will be located in Andover, MA.
You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Partnering with business leaders to manage people and organizational issues including employee relations, performance management, and HR function initiatives.
  • Supporting organization change management initiatives required to evolve the corporate functions.
  • Streamlining processes and best practices for the corporate functions such as communications, exit surveys, and the new hire process.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees as it relates to employee engagement, performance management, career development and retention.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Implementing company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning).

Skills You Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline with 4+ years progressive Human Resources experience in areas including employee relations, talent management, performance management and training.
  • OR if no degree - 8+ years of progressive HR experience in areas including employee relations, talent management, performance management and training.
  • 3+ years of employee relations experience
  • 3+ years of experience with a large HRIS system, Workday ideally
  • Experience, shaping culture, coaching front line leaders, developing talent, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to address difficult issues and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence.
  • Exceptional communications skills, and technical proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).

Preferred Skills:
  • Success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact.
  • Experience and ability to deliver in a fast paced and high growth environment.
  • Experience with change management.
