Avior Executive Search, Inc. has been retained by a growing RIA/Multi-Family Office, with offices in Miami & Mexico City. Our client is seeking a dynamic Sr. HR Generalist coming from the Wealth Management Industry. The candidate our client is seeking MUST come from one of the following environments: Private Banking, RIA/Family Office, Brokerage, Private Equity, Investment Banking or Asset Management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
• Ensures organizational compliance, employment laws and best practices both in the United States and Mexico.
• Responsible for coordinating immigration matters, such as H1B, L1, and TN visas.
• Complete annual employee compensation review against market
• Outstanding Leadership, Organizational and Project Management skills
• This is a hands on stand alone position
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR from the Financial Services Industry this is an absolute requirement! Other industries will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Relocation assistance will be provided
