About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on high-growth software/technology companies. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of Human Resources activities, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, HR analytics and training and development. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the Chief People Officer, Director of People Operations for Sri Lanka, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

Role will be located in Tampa HQ – Hybrid – In Office four (4) days a week.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures. Including maintaining the US MM Handbook.
  • Foster a positive work environment and culture.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement processes.
  • Working with the CPO, maintain our total rewards program.
  • Assess training needs and lead non-technical training programs for managers.
  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics in partnership with the People Operations Specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • 401K System administration.
  • Work with finance to run US payroll.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on software companies.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • ADP WorkForce Now experience.

You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:

  • SHRM Certification
  • Principal Financial 401K Administrative experience
  • PowerBI or other analytics tools
  • Certifications in Leadership Development programs (Situational Leadership)
  • Familiarity with EI-9 Compliance
