The Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist guides and manages the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing HR programs and projects.
Qualifications
The position requirements include, but are not limted to:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources
- PHR, SPHR, GPHR required
- 10 years of Human Resources Generalist including, but not limited to project management, employee relations, leading and managing a team

Responsibilities
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Represents the full spectrum of HR functions, programs, and processes
- Provides decisions in strict coherence to company policy
- Recommends and implements new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed
- Responsible for the coordination of HR projects
- Researches and submits cost benefits analysis and implementation plans for new programs and tools
- Administers various HR plans and procedures for all personnel
- Develop and execute action plans to improve employee engagement
- Develop and administer employee relations programs designed to increase employee retention and ensure uniform and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Improve employee retention by providing professional guidance to effective employee performance, tracking employee terminations, researching/analyzing various types of data and presenting the findings
- Ability to protect the integrity of HR data and resources
- Assures stores and home office are current and compliant with all laws
- Assures that all Human Relation related forms are current and compliant
- Provides counsel to all HR issues based on current law
- Conduct necessary investigations
- Help manage claims in various areas as assigned, including, but not limited to, unemployment, worker's compensation, equal employment opportunity commission, and benefits.
