TITLE-Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Salary-90k-120k DOE-base salary
15 days PTO to start out but flexible
Looking for someone who comes from manufacturing!
- DESCRIPTION-Provide leadership and support in functional area of Human Resources including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee relations, employee development, training, AAP/EEO and special projects.
- Able to do continuous improvement in HR area and participate with HR staff in other continuous improvement projects. Monitoring employee performances, and leading talent processes.
- Manages employee relations issues consistent with employee policy.
- Source, screen and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new hire orientation for salaried employees.
- Ensures training compliance as required by site and corporate initiatives.
- Counsels employees and managers on various aspects of policies and programs.
- Actively participates in site safety programs.
- Manages site security processes, including employee access badging system.
- Participates in developing site, regional or department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Leads Vandalia student program with talent identification, on-boarding, and activities.
- Utilizing internal HRIS system
