- Position Summary
- *Pay: $23.84 - $28.05 /hr (mid-range) depending on experience
- **Hybrid working schedule after initial training in the office
- The Senior Human Resources Representative role demonstrates elevated expertise and is responsible for providing leader support for an array of HR operations tasks. This support is provided through dedicated Leader Line phone coverage as well as responding to leader inquiries submitted through our online platform. This role will also work on special assignments and projects, as needed.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor's degree or professional knowledge and two years of work experience equivalent to this degree required.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Two years of HR experience required.
