Why Join Live Better Health Services?
We are a growing company specializing in a new direction in home care for seniors. Live Better Health Services has at its core the principles and wisdom found in the book by Atul Gwande, “Being Mortal.” For us, home care is not just about getting personal tasks done for a client. In fact we don’t call it “Home Care”, we call it “BETTER Care!” With the support of Live Better Health Services, we actually want our clients to LIVE BETTER, with a sense of well-being and purpose to their day and the all the days ahead. You will be part of a company that will actually provide you with the opportunity to make a long-lasting connection and care with clients. You WILL have the continuum of care with clients so that you can develop a caring relationship with the same clients with a schedule you both can depend on. Under the direction of a licensed registered nurse, we are looking for both Home Health Aides and/or CRMA's, CNA's and PSS's to provide hands on personal care to a client in their home, providing services which are needed to maintain the client’s health or to facilitate treatment of the client’s illness or injury and to support medication cueing if necessary . We are willing to help train you and get your CRMA, CNA and/or PSS certification and license if our mission resonates with you. All care is provided in accordance with the client’s individual plan of care, regulatory standards and policies and procedures of Live Better Health Services.
