Our top client is looking for a Sr. HR Manager to join their growing organization. The ideal candidate for this position has worked in a venture-backed start-up environment.
This is an onsite role with Hybrid flexibility. Looking for someone who is enthusiastic about building all Human Resource functions for an expanding B2B software start-up!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all processes and programs that support employees and company operations, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR Policy, and ensure Employee Handbook updates in compliance with local laws and statutory regulations.
Education and Required Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with experience in a multinational B2B software startup
- Minimum 3 years HR managerial/supervisory experience
- Current SHRM designation or equivalent experience preferred
- High level of fluency in PEO platforms, HRIS and ATS (such as TriNet, Lattice, Bamboo HR or other HRIS systems. Expensify, Carta, MS Office.
- Experience applying HR policies, fair labor laws, and employee relations protocol
- Expert knowledge of employment laws, EEOC Requirements, STD/FMLA, Reasonable Accommodation, FLSA/wage-hour laws
Compensation: $175,000-$200,000
