About the Role
Mid-sized E-Commerce company with multiple brands on Shopify and Amazon seeking a talented and motivated Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for Digital Acquisition (Search, Paid Media, Ad Creative, Landing Pages), Retention/Win back (Subscription, Email, SMS), Site, Merchandising, and Conversion Rate Optimization. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer acquisition across 3 brands with the help of a small but mighty in-house team and managing a paid ads marketing agency, SEO agency and email consultant.
The ideal candidate is equal parts technical and creative, and enjoys diving into the details and coming up with tactical solutions to create meaningful change You care deeply about the customer journey and are passionate about testing and iterating to find efficiency gains at every stage of the funnel. Lastly, we are looking for a leader who can bring these brands to the next stage of growth by developing long-term strategy/vision and team player who can roll up their sleeves and get into the weeds.
What You Handle
● Develop and execute on a growth strategy based on the needs of the business, Growth Marketing trends and evolving consumer behavior. Own the product and campaign roadmap.
● Scale performance marketing efficiently across paid (Social, PPC, Search, Affiliate) and organic (SEO, Email, SMS) channels.
● Continually optimize the subscription experience to boost retention relative to MRR.
● Develop daily, weekly, monthly channel KPI targets (CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV & LTV) and manage sales and marketing spends accordingly. Establish the required analytics tools and frameworks to make informed business decisions and continuously optimize KPIs.
● Partner with Site Developer to build and release regular site updates. Assist with QA process to Quickly catch bugs/issues and act urgently to address them.
● Structure, develop, and retain a highly talented roster of partners (agency and freelance) to accomplish the business objectives on budget.
● Create briefs for ad and site creative, providing detailed and actionable feedback to internal & external partners.
● Lead third party agencies to develop, launch and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc). Own the end-to-end creative development process from briefs, editing, launching, reporting and ongoing optimizations. Monitor and manage digital spend and KPI's to ensure efficiency and profitability for channels under management.
● Own CRO by developing landing pages, testing layouts, images, content, copy, offers, etc to maximize conversions.
● Own weekly reporting share out to Marketing teams and stakeholders. Use Google Analytics, Peel Analytics, Triple Whale, BlotOut to measure campaign and landing page performance with the goal of optimizing maximize profitability and incremental margin ROAS.
Qualifications & Experience
● 4+ years experience developing, optimizing, managing budgets on mid-scale digital marketing campaigns, growth, and revenue for DTC companies.
● Experience with e-commerce platforms Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, and others.
● A track record of building and optimizing marketing funnels and acquiring customers. efficiently for healthy CAC/LTV and payback periods for a business.
● Excellent understanding of online retail and user experience.
● Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with multiple levels of seniority.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Experience in promoting products with recurring revenue on paid social.
● Strong proficiency in Ecommerce metrics, such as optimizing ROAS, CAC, first order profitability, & LTV:CAC ratios.
● Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals such as attribution, forecasting, and experience running incrementality & A/B Testing
● Proficient in Excel, GA, and dashboard tools such as TripleWhale, Peel and Blotout.

Pay
$105,000 to $115,000 plus bonus
