Title: Sr. Growth Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: US Based; Fully Remote

Hours: Full Time, 8:30am EST to 5pm EST

Compensation: $90-120k annually based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative Senior Growth Marketing Manager across our Coach Training Program, Organizations and Graduate divisions at iPEC. Reporting to our Senior Director of Marketing, as our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll have the exciting role of creating and optimizing new and existing marketing funnels, analyzing competitor behavior, identifying market trends, bringing new products to market and increasing our market share.

This role is a high-performance/high-impact role with the opportunity to work with teams across the organization with a focus on developing business-level and growth strategies, drive ad-hoc strategic projects, incubate new initiatives along with go-to-market campaigns, as well as manage vendor relations for our affiliate, SEO and paid media partners.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate a great track record in developing and optimizing marketing funnels, managing campaigns and interpreting marketing metrics.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Strategy; understand the overall business and marketing strategy and create marketing plans for assigned divisions.
  • Product launches; be the liaison between marketing and IT to ensure an excellent UX for product launches, data collection and campaign strategy.
  • Budget; manage the budget and report on the marketing spend.
  • Stakeholder Management; work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, marketing and the divisions.
  • Sales Support; create collateral and content to help the sales team convert more prospects.
  • Campaign Management; target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and convert into leads. Campaigns can include ABM, paid social, PPC, webinars, email marketing and direct mail.
  • Content Marketing; lead the creation of a variety of content - thought leadership, podcasts, blogs, whitepapers, webinars and video.
  • Digital; be responsible for SEO, social media and website strategy
  • Technical; work in Hubspot and ensure sales and marketing are working in unison.
  • Drive business and growth strategy for various domains
  • Lead the execution of efficiency initiatives (metrics, goals, roadmaps, CAC, LTC, churn)
  • Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on strategic insights, analysis, experience, growth channels acumen
  • Marketing Analysis; analyze and report on traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

§ Proficiency in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Suite)
§ Proficiency in HubSpot
§ Strong strategic and leadership abilities
§ Excellent ability to organize work and prioritize (for self and others)
§ Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

§ Strong analytical skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Business is required
  • 5 years of experience with a proven track record in a similar role is required
  • iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) is a bonus but not required. Certification is part of employment with iPEC
