- As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will drive the visual identity and brand of Underdog. In this role, you'll help bring creativity to the sports world and engage with as many current and future Underdog customers as possible by:
- Building our visual identity through our social media platforms, CRM, paid socials, email, partnerships, advertisements, and products
- Lead high-level design campaigns while upholding our design principles and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to bring personality, narrative, and visual consistency to creative assets
- Own projects from conception to delivery and maintain the assets within our digital asset management platform for internal and external use
- Combine data analytics and design to drive decision-making
- 5+ years of in-house or agency design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
- A strong creative with the ability to balance personal style and Underdog brand guidelines
- Embodies current design trends and pushes to create innovative ideas
- Strong organizational and storytelling skills
- Eager to contribute to an environment that fosters creativity and embraces challenges without fear of failure
- A self-starter who is proactive in pushing art direction forward and can manage multiple projects with limited oversight
- Passion for fantasy and sports betting
- Illustration, branding, or logo experience
- Motion or animation experience
Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
