As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fulfillment Manager to join our team and lead our fulfillment operations to new heights.
Position Overview:
The Senior Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products/services to our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for process improvement to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the fulfillment team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize fulfillment processes, including order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and shipping, to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, customer service, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment and effective coordination of fulfillment activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization initiatives.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance operational efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing fulfillment operations, including health and safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including carriers, and third-party logistics providers, to optimize collaboration and enhance service levels.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations and resolutions of fulfillment-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and innovations in fulfillment operations, and proactively recommend and implement improvements to stay competitive in the marketplace.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into fulfillment performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within fulfillment operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics processes, and inventory management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for inventory management, order processing, and warehouse management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000
