Operations Manager - Fulfillment Center (Weekend Shift)

Your Role

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a department(s), including the management of Supervisors within the Fulfilment Center. 

The Weekend Shift Manager will work Sat/Sun/Mon, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with the flexibility to work additional days/hours as needed pending business needs/volume. 

What You'll Do

• Responsible for all aspects of employee supervision, not limited to-interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Responsible for coaching and development of supervisors.
• Responsible for operational metrics and KPIs.
• Supporting all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and managers.
• Leading and developing a team of Supervisors and hourly associates.
• Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
• Mentoring, training, and developing Supervisors and associates.
• Creating, communicating, and maintaining quality control policies and SOPs to Supervisors and associates
• Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives
• Building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Operations Managers to balance labor.
• Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to determine department productivity requirements to achieve LOS, accuracy, and quality expectations.
• Partnering with other managers to share best practices across shifts and the network.

What You Bring

• 4 or more years related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Previous management experience in a distribution/Fulfillment Center.
