Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst - Field Finance Manager of Operations
Location: Southlake, TX (On-site)
Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Join our dynamic team as a Senior FP&A Analyst in Field Finance and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and performance of plasma collection center operations across the country. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a consultant mindset, operational finance experience, and a passion for driving positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of individual plasma collection center locations, new openings, and regional clusters.
- Identify trends, best practices, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with business units’ managers, regional VPs, and Executive leadership to provide financial guidance and support.
- Assist in pricing analysis, customer loyalty programs, labor efficiency, process improvement, and profit optimization initiatives.
- Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, P&L, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor and report on budget versus actual performance, making recommendations as needed.
- Build, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Investigate and explain variances between budgeted and actual financial results.
- Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability through cost control initiatives, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and address any discrepancies or issues.
- Evaluate the financial impact of capital investments.
- Provide recommendations on potential projects and their return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA/CPA a plus).
- 3-5 years of FP&A or related experience in multi-site operations.
- Experience in restaurant or retail operational finance
- Proficiency in Excel, 3-statement modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 5%-10% travel required.
