Paragon is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team! The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer. It is expected that the Senior FP&A Analyst must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency for continuous improvement - what's good enough today should serve as a foundation for what can be better tomorrow. Responsibilities: Manage the annual Budget and Strategic Plan processesManage the quarterly rolling forecastsWill work closely with the CFO and accounting team to analyze monthly results and prepare required analytical reporting for company leadership and Board of DirectorsAnalysis of capital expenditure projects and of possible acquisition candidatesDevelop financial models, prepare projections, and performing research and analysis as requiredOther duties as assigned by management Requirements: Three (3) or more years of increasing responsibility in financial analytical positions required (preferably within a manufacturing or construction environment)Strong analytical skills requiredPower-user skills with Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with analytical tools like PowerBI An understanding of cost accounting and prior experience in project cost accounting is desiredClear communication skills (both oral and written) and a high sense of intellectual curiosity are required.Must have a least an bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and/or a MBA in Finance or OperationsThis is primarily an on-site position, although occasional flexibility can be accommodated.
