Job Title: Senior Analyst - FP&A

Job Summary:
Camillo Companies is actively seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, FP&A for the Legend Homes business unit. This role will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process as well as producing monthly and quarterly financial reporting package to support sound business decisions. Conducts quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects at Camillo Companies. This role will report directly to Vice President, FP&A and supervise the FP&A Analyst. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of data analytics tasks, including model building, and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must have oral and written communication skills, analytical thinking skills, statistical knowledge, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to meet deadlines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, or annual reporting package with variance analysis to track the organization's progress against financial goals and to understand root causes of variances to provide recommendations to enhance performance
- Facilitate annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement and Oversee Workday/Adaptive Insights for Legend Homes business unit to facilitate FP&A processes
- Creates financial models to guide decision making. Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls
- Prepare initial Project Investment Analysis and scenario/sensitivity analysis updates
- Track KPI's of industry competitors and provide comparisons
- Support any presentation needs/requests

- Anticipating Data Summary Needs
- Taking the next step to not just provide what was asked for but anticipating deeper connections and additional details that upper management may need/want
- Develop, implement, and document FP&A best practices, procedures and processes to drive forecast & planning, business insight and analysis to support senior leadership team
- Lead intern process with Oversight
- Interviews, Hiring, and Mentorship
- Processes/financial models maintenance and improvement
- Manage/execute key assigned processes within deadlines
- Other Ad-hoc analysis and projects as assigned
- Understanding of homebuilding and/or real estate development industry
- Workday/Adaptive Insights Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and minimum 3 years of relevant analyst experience.
