Collects and analyzes financial data and systems, regulatory submissions, budget and reimbursement presentations, feasibility studies and financial plans.
Reimbursement experience would include patient accounts receivable valuation (Crowe/Kodiak RCA software), EPIC, Medicare cost reporting (DSH, S-10, Wage Index, IME/GME), Ohio Medicaid cost reporting, net revenue budgeting, etc.
Makes recommendations and prepares reports to support plans, business decisions, operational changes and new services.

EducationBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or other quantitative field. MBA/MHA a preferred.
Licensure/CertificationCPA preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of 6 years in public accounting audit experience or 10 years in private accounting, finance and operations analysis preferably in healthcare setting demonstrating progressive leadership responsibility, and a history of producing positive financial results.
