Salary Range : $25.08 - $37.62 Hourly

Job Details

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills, and location. This position is bonus eligible.

The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Field Recruitment in driving operational excellence within the organization. This role will be responsible for operational tasks such as analyzing data, supporting recruitment branding and communications, invoice processing and tracking, and daily operational reporting. This work will assist leadership with data-driven decision-making. The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will have regular interactions with customers and functional business unit leaders and will have the opportunity to impact important go-forward business decisions. Each single day will be unique for this role, requiring an ability to think strategically and creatively, take initiative, and apply a diverse set of skills.

As a Recruiting Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Field Recruiting Leaders in researching in support of recruiting trends and strategies that strengthen our employment value proposition (EVP), researching financial services and industry trends, and vendor research and contract sourcing and processing.
  • Providing support with project plans to ensure task execution and dependency coordination, anticipating, and proactively addressing potential schedule and resource risks.
  • Translating data and information received from source documentation into preferred communication style.
  • Providing recruiting leaders with reporting support and communication, which includes survey aggregation, ad hoc reporting, quarterly activity dashboards, and results communications.
  • To provide administrative support and recruiting analytics work with the Field Recruiting applicant tracking system.
  • Facilitating post-project reviews of lessons learned to contribute to the continual improvement of the program implementation process.
  • Supports and drives proactive recruiting communication plans and campaigns around our resources, strategies, best practices, and recruiting trends.
  • Partnering with the Field Recruiting team to review and deliver on high-impact strategic internal and field-facing communications.
  • Review communication messages to ensure consistency across Recruiting mediums and in alignment with the brand.
  • Providing administrative support, including usage, results, and compliance regarding social media recruiting.
  • Understanding and works within the parameters of the recruiting budget and stay within approved spending.

The Recruiting Operations Coordinator position is well-suited for you:

  • The role will partner with team members within the immediate team as well as extended through the organization while building constructive working relationships that foster the teamwork necessary to deliver measurable results.
  • Writing and speaking skills are concise, eloquent, and effective, enabling this role to interact with all levels/various teams across the organization, be understood, and develop trust and rapport within the organization.
  • Flexible, composed, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while confidently interacting with a variety of individuals across all levels of the organization.
  • The role requires someone to evolve their skills and display day to day problem solving ability to achieve the demands of the agile business requests.
  • Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with analyzing large data sets, spotting trends and patterns, and synthesizing relevant observations.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field of study or equivalent 4 years of related experience in an administrative business environment and Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.

What will set you apart:

  • Life and Health License preferred but not required.
  • 7 years of proven experience in an administrative business environment.

All associates may be asked to travel varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
