Salary- P&L Analysis: Conduct regular profit and loss analysis to understand revenue and cost drivers. Provide insights into operational performance.
- Reporting: Generate detailed financial reports that support business needs. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Financial Models: Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate various financial plans.
- Monthly Financials: Ensure the delivery of monthly financial reports and analysis on schedule.
- Financial Analysis: Perform analysis in line with prescribed accounting systems and GAAP.
- Budget Coordination: Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analytical insights and coordination.
- Financial Statements: Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for management review.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data, conduct research, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare reports and analyses for departments or special projects as requested.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice on financial matters and address discrepancies.
- Budget Documentation: Review budget documentation to ensure proper expenditure tracking and compliance with appropriations.
- Sales Reports: Assist with the creation and design of product sales reports, including analysis and recommendations.
- Sales Data Synthesis: Synthesize sales data and forecasts, complementing with additional research for product planning.
- Sales Forecasting Support: Aid sales leadership in forecasting, coverage, and pipeline analytics.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify product demand trends and competitive actions.
- Process Improvement: Participate in cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve business processes.
- Data and System Improvement Recommendations: Suggest improvements to enhance data quality and reporting systems.
- Additional Projects: Handle special projects related to financial research, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies.
- Other Duties: Execute additional duties as directed by management.
- Financial Accounting: Knowledge of financial accounting principles and procedures.
- Statistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards such as GAAP.
- Financial Modeling: Skill in creating and interpreting financial models to predict outcomes.
- Data Management: Proficient in managing large datasets and using financial software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and trends to make informed recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related function
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling, with strong analytical and data management skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Work Environment: Normal office environment to include operating a computer and phone. Requires adaptability, quick decision-making, ability to interpret data, high level of data analysis, dependability, good judgment, reading, social skills, stress controls, ability to work independently. 5-10% travel required to attend conferences, meetings, and events.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually
