This Business Unit has currently manufacturing & engineering operations spread across China, India and USA. We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team to support the growing ambitions of the Business. The Position will be in Etters,PA, USA.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Forecasting and Reporting
- Liaise with operations and product management team to consolidate and report the weekly updates, monthly actuals, monthly forecasts and provide support for monthly operations reviews
- Business Analysis
- Consolidate customer orders, sales, and products to review and understand the current business environment.
- Provide Business Leadership team with business insights and analysis
- Budgeting and Planning
- Provide support and input to the annual strategic planning & budgeting process.
- Building Relationships
- Develop and enhance relationships with internal and external customers to achieve business unit goals and objectives.
- Variance Analysis:
- Investigate discrepancies between actual and forecasted performance.
- Suggest actions for improvement.
- Perform product & manufacturing operations margin reviews.
- Track and review headcount.
- Review cost of sales & manufacturing variances to understand key drivers.
- SG&A review and analysis
- Cost Analysis and Cost Reduction:
- Deep Dive into product cost analysis
- Assist with cost-saving opportunities including product cost reduction efforts.
- Working Capital Management
- Coordinate, review, and track capital appropriation requests to ensure effective use of company funds.
- Inventory management (DSI / inventory turns review)
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable management
- Product transfers:
- Assist and support product / product line transfers between manufacturing sites to align with customer requirements & business objectives.
- Ad Hoc Analysis:
- Co-ordinate with operations and business unit teams to provide responses to HQ / Group review questions in a timely manner.
- Respond to specific requests from management by conducting ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (master's preferred)
- 3+ years of current, relevant experience as a Financial Analyst
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Power BI is desirable
