Job Description

As an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Financial Analyst, you will impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. In this position (within MST or PST zones), you will drive core FP&A analytics and reporting to enable business decision-making, partnering closely with leaders in Operations, Legal, Facilities, Finance/Accounting, and other corporate functions. This role will deliver important insights and actionable recommendations to senior finance and executive management. A successful candidate will ensure financial and operating decisions are based on accurate data and apply expertise to inform overall strategy. This position will exemplify true business partnership, leading the way with collaboration, timely decision-making, alignment with strategic priorities and value-added analysis. Qualifications

What You’ll do:

  • Drive monthly financial reporting for our Corporate Shared Services departments
  • Lead the annual budgeting effort specific to these departments and work with Department leaders
  • Be a subject matter expert on costs within the business and track key business metrics and KPIs to measure the health of the business, while proactively highlighting areas of risks and opportunity
  • Analyze Procurement purchase requests and ensure adherence to policies and governance processes
  • Drive Corporate spending business allocation process
  • Support month-end close reporting with recommendations to enhance reporting and improve processes
  • Partner with Corporate teams to develop a long-range planning model that supports the strategic vision and company priorities
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure spending and resource deployment are aligned with the plan and support Achieve’s strategic priorities
  • Responsible for a monthly forecast refresh, providing an updated outlook intra-year

  • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Expertise to manage projects to on-time completion with confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs
  • Ability to think critically and to question the output of financial models or investment cases and consider options for improvement or provide thoughtful alternatives
  • Prior experience with Adaptive Planning and Oracle Cloud is a plus

Salary Range: $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
