Senior Financial Analyst (Bfm Primary Coordinator)

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (BFM Primary Coordinator) on NAVSEA PMS 400D (new contract) to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC.

Security Clearance:

• Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

• Provide support to PMS 400D for overall management of business financial operations, cost estimation and analysis, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the DDG 51 shipbuilding program.
• Comply with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cycles and support NAVSEA's Financial Management Reviews, NAVSEA Execution Reviews, NAVSEA Comptroller data requests and initiatives, Audit Readiness and Compliance, and other similar data calls, to oversee compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements, using current software or web enabled processes to complete the reporting.
• Proficient in and/or support the following tasks:
  • Budget and Financial Data Calls,
  • Briefing Development and Support, & Reporting,
  • Tool Set Proficiency, Database Expertise,
  • Integrated Product Teams,
  • Training, Process Documentation, and Improvement & Records Management and Maintenance.
  • Budget Formulation and Justification, Task Planning & Requirements Allocation.

• 10 years of professional experience leading a complex and high value financial team, including 5 years recent DoD/Navy financial management

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline.
• DAWIA Level III BFM Certification Industry equivalent; Additional certifcations in PM and Cost Estimating Industry equivalent; PMP or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification
