We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Consolidation and Reporting to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely financial and management reporting for the Private Label organization. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial consolidation processes, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Position Description:
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance against targets.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and scenario analysis.
- Implement and maintain robust controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with budgets.
- Work closely with finance teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate financial and non-financial data for comprehensive analysis.
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to enhance financial reporting and decision support.
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on FP&A roles.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$78,300 - $130,500
