What you will be doing as a Senior FP&A Analyst…
- Consolidate global and regional financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams using a bottoms-up approach
- Analyze past, current, and future financial data and operational performance
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting packages for executive leadership
- Analyze financial performance indicators (KPIs) to explain variances
- Analyze potential growth opportunities within the region and product lines
- Develop standardized reporting to drive business decisions
- Prepare and track capital expenditure requests with financial and strategic metrics
- Respond to ad-hoc inquiries regarding financial results and analysis requests
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation systems
- Create key financial reports to meet current and future business needs
- Evaluate new market opportunities through asset acquisition, M&A, or divestitures
- Lead global ad hoc requests for detailed project analysis
- Assist operations and engineering product development teams with financial modeling
- Support Global Asset Management team in financial reviews and asset disposition assessments
What you need to bring to the table as a Senior FP&A Analyst …
- 5+ years of FP&A experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Industry experience is a plus
