Overview
Are you passionate about developing and executing a global events strategy that will help drive awareness and adoption of Microsoft Advertising to all segments of our global advertising business? Then the Microsoft Advertising (MSA) Senior Event Marketing Lead role is for you!
This role sits on the MSA Experiential Marketing team and will be responsible for supporting and executing our global integrated events strategy and mix of industry engagements across all geographies that align with our brand value proposition. The marketer will build consensus across key stakeholders to drive worldwide adoption of our marketing strategies, campaigns, and execution plans. You'll be required to manage allocation of resources, ensure a cohesive, integrated event strategy, adhere to our overall marketing strategies, drive global alignment and execution, and mitigate for strategic and activation risks, to drive increased awareness and engagement.
You will have advertising and search functional knowledge, presentation skills, effective and visible online advertising industry participation, and a mature understanding of online advertising products and tools.

Responsibilities
The Microsoft Advertising Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketer responsible for supporting the global integrated events execution strategy building off our brand messaging, business priorities and product solutions to drive awareness and engagement across all customer segments of our global business.
The core function of this role is to execute on coordinating a holistic events strategy across audiences, delivering client experiences that drive awareness and engagement for MSA.
Influence Chief Marketing Officer/Marketer audiences through client-direct engagements, industry organizations, partner and marquee first-party events.
Work with stakeholders across MSA and other relevant business divisions to create, curate and deliver experiences to build brand health, lead nurture, acquisition, platform engagement, feature adoption and revenue.
Lead from a People First perspective, and have an obsessive curiosity for our clients' needs, informed by data and insights to change perceptions and influence client behavior.
Build experiences for scaling across multiple channels and geographies, with a focus on marketing engagement measurement, optimization and operational excellence.
Passion and love for global, modern and inclusive marketing and an ability to innovate and unlock new growth opportunities for the business.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience

Field Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
