We are looking for a driven and experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to enhance our sales initiatives across various Shopify websites. As the E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce and marketing strategies to boost traffic, attract new customers, retain existing ones, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the eCommerce portion of brands that generates over $100M+ in revenue
• Lead the site strategy, execution, and operations of our online business across all digital platforms including Desktop, Mobile and Tablet.
• Implement and optimize marketing strategies for an array of Shopify stores.
• Brand Stewardship: Work cross-functionally alongside the integration team and growth team to understand core competencies of businesses.
• Create business plans to drive incremental sales, grow a customer audience and build a cohesive brand experience that aligns with all our marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Marketing Manager, with specific exposure to Shopify.
• Profound knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Google Tag Manager.
• Solid understanding of web design and web analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, data analysis and marketing tools.
• Experience with email marketing solutions to build audiences, promote focused products and drive incremental sales.
• Ability to work cross functionally on various strategic initiatives and projects by communication amongst teams to maximize efficiency
• Demonstrated experience streamlining business processes and identifying creative solutions
• 5+ years of Marketing experience in strategy and execution of driving qualified website traffic, capitalizing off marketplace exposure, and parting with the social and affiliate managers and building out additional paid and organic traffic initiatives.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Shopify plugin solutions such as, Buy with Prime, Klayvio, and Spredr.
• Experience developing products that resonate with a target customer base

Salary range: $116,480-$151,424 USD
