Position Description

The Sr. Director, Partnerships, plays a critical role in driving sales and revenue. The key responsibility is to work directly with Eleanor Health Chief Growth Officer and partner stakeholders to expand the utilization of Eleanor Health services and drive partnership outcomes. This role will collaborate with various teams including data and analytics, customer engagement, marketing, clinical operations, medical office, revenue cycle management, and finance.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Educate key stakeholders on Eleanor Health services; identify and develop opportunities to grow Eleanor Health's membership and generate revenue growth.
  • Build strategic health plan relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers with key payors and business partners.
  • Be a trusted partner to key stakeholders, bring expertise and thought leadership to solve critical business issues. Lead quarterly business reviews and customer joint operating committee meetings.
  • Evaluate healthcare organization partnership opportunities that enhance Eleanor Health's ability to identify, engage, and deliver services to members.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports and hold managers accountable for their work by setting expectations, achieving commitments, providing feedback, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Develop team goals and key performance indicators that support the overall business goals
  • Develop and support account plans and sales strategies alongside the Chief Growth Officer and develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within accounts, develop sales tactics and action plans aligned with the overall business objectives; communicate the account vision to internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts: Work with legal, finance, delivery, medical office, clinical operations and other key stakeholders to create and negotiate contracts.
  • Provide up-to-date information about opportunities for partnerships, participate in pipeline reviews; participate in revenue forecast reviews.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Understand payor dynamics, value drivers and stay up to date on industry developments, changes in regulations, and new emerging opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, payor landscape and health plan needs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive effective strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to deliver performance insights and articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving growth targets and business objectives.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of proven experience in leading teams & supporting client relationships to drive growth within a healthcare organization
  • Experience developing teams and implementing departmental workflows, best practices and client/contract management tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

The target annual compensation range for this position is $140,000-165,000 base + bonus. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
