As the Senior Director, Operations PMO, your focus will be on supporting the development and leading the implementation of the GXO Operating System (GOS). You will influence all levels of operations to drive culture and performance improvement within the supply chain network. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Directly oversee and support the development and deployment of the Lean Management platform for selected supply chain sites
• Conceptualize a future state in relatable terms to site operations teams and executive leaders, and develop an effective and efficient change management plan
• Serve as a change agent for culture change and the use of leadership-standard work at all levels of the organization
• Track overall progress of the GOS deployment program in terms of stated goals, particularly around cost savings and training targets
• Report site deployment and project execution progress using standard reporting templates

What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:

• 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management in a distribution center environment
• Experience leading large-scale, multisite and/or multiregional transformational supply chain projects
• Experience performing complex analysis of data, processes, policies, procedures and/or systems; produce unambiguous, comprehensive and accurate interpretations

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
• Lean Expert and/or Six Sigma Blackbelt or Lean Master certification
• Availability to travel 75% or more of the time as needed, occasionally on short notice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
• Solid project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage customer expectations
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with diverse personalities
• Advanced experience with Lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, standard work, 5 Why Analysis, etc.; advanced knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools, as well as change management techniques
• Advanced experience with analytical tools such as flow charts, Pareto charts, cause and effect diagrams, run charts, etc.
