- Create the strategy and own the execution of implementation services and enablement for the connected experience.
- Closely partner with our Global Services organization to effectively up-skill and cross-train all implementers on our connected experience.
- Own and execute our connected experience strategy with Partners, ensuring our Partners are enabled and capable of utilizing the connected experience with a high degree of success.
- Translates company strategy to operational strategy for our Customer & Partner Experience team (CPX) with specific emphasis on goals and metrics for the connected experience.
- Partners with our Tech Team to provide product feedback and influence the roadmap.
- Partners with our go-to-market teams to drive successful launches of new solutions and offerings.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent of education and experience in a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, software service delivery, account management, customer success, or other relevant experience.
- Experience integrating data to/from financial/non-financial applications such as Oracle EPM (Cloud or On-premises), OneStream, Anaplan, or Enterprise systems such as Workday, Oracle EBS and/or Fusion Cloud GL, MS Dynamics, or SAP including S4 HANA strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with integration technology such as Informatica, Boomi, or Workato preferred.
- Expertise in various data structures and schemas from a variety of ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics and Reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of API design philosophy/patterns, communication protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML), and encoding.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication skills; able to understand and articulate the needs of the client and deliver on those needs.
- Strong ability to resolve issues with external C-level customers.

- Excellent judgment and strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of management with proven C-level relationship-building capabilities.
