We are seeking a talented website marketer to drive Boston Scientific's web marketing channel.
- Drive web strategy for all customer segments, collaborating cross-functionally to create impactful experiences that engage customers and drive business results.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the functionality and user experience across digital portals for HCPs, partnering with product teams across Medical Education and eCommerce.
- Monitor and analyze web performance metrics to ensure effectiveness, usability, and relevance to customer needs.
- Lead large-scale web experience projects in collaboration with colleagues from UX, BU Marketing, Corporate Communications, IT, and our Web product owner.
- Conceptualize destination strategies and manage the creation of personalized tests in partnership with the Personalization Manager to drive quality visits, generate leads, foster desired actions and responses, and capture marketing data.
- Stay current on website best practices; provide training and share best practices with other members across marketing.
- Drive essential change management across the organization to adopt a customer-centric framework that accelerates our web capability and experience.
- Identify market research/user testing opportunities to gather customer feedback and insights.
- Collaborate with SEO SME to develop a strong SEO strategy to optimize website content for search and improve organic traffic and leads performance.
- Contribute to marketplace competitor analysis and identify opportunities in the industry in terms of web strategy, while keeping an eye on digital trends and developments.
- Ensure digital properties are functioning and providing customers with an exceptional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in managing digital platforms or Digital Experiences, including overseeing websites delivering scientific content portals.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Communications, Life Sciences, or other relevant area of study.
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance, data privacy, and industry standards related to digital content dissemination.
- Advanced knowledge of tracking tools and ROI measures.
- Experience in managing digital platforms or Digital Experiences in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or life sciences.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends and evolving digital delivery methods for scientific information to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformational change, lead complex initiatives, engage diverse stakeholders, and understand the applications of technology in the Life Science sector. Demonstrated strong analytical skills, as well as presentation and persuasive skills when addressing executive audiences.
