Job Description:
A Senior Designer reports to both the Senior Vice President of Brand & Art Director and will be a driving force behind the exploration, enforcement, and refinement of the conceptual and aesthetic iterations that define the Grön Brand. Your expertise will encompass an array of elements, including packaging, UI design, web design, photography, and other essential facets of graphic design.
You will tackle project briefs provided by the SVP & AD and the broader team. You will leverage Grön’s creative toolkit to generate multiple solutions, empowering the SVP & AD to make informed decisions about the direction that best aligns with our goals. The final decision for all creative executions belongs to the SVP of Brand, making decisions on behalf of the C-Suite and the current brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Central to your role is embodying our brand's standards and values. Whether working with internal teams or external design contractors, you will be the embodiment of Grön's identity, ensuring that every creative effort resonates with our ethos.
You will take charge of content design, ensuring that our graphics, videos, animations, web elements, and social content pack a punch. Staying ahead of design, marketing, and advertising trends, you will be our touchstone for innovation.
Specifically, your day-to-day activities will span a wide range of functions.
- Package Design Support.You’ll work with our Art Director and Brand Systems Designer to help with the production & maintenance of any packaging requests. These requests include regulatory changes, updates to artwork to keep our packaging as consistent as possible across all markets, and iterations on new/unreleased products. This responsibility will constitute approximately 40% of the role's time.
- Web Design/Support.Our website is about to go through a major evolution in aesthetics and UX. Ideally, you’d be able to own the website for future content. To accomplish this, you’ll need to become very familiar with Elementor, the development tool we use to update/maintain the website. This responsibility will constitute approximately 40% of the role's time.
- General Design Support.We’re always in need of various design tasks to be completed. These range from digital collateral, print collateral, template designs, photography retouching, etc. Essentially, you’ll need to be able to execute whatever various requests come your way keeping them in line with the Grön brand standards and the vision set forth by the SVP and the rest of the Brand & Marketing team. This responsibility will constitute approximately 20% of the role's time.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Adobe Suite and MS Office suite.
- 3+ years packaging design experience
- Any experience with Figma is a nice-to-have
- Willingness to learn/master Wordpress website: Elementor
- Communication, ensuring all channels are informed of critical details

Compensation:
This position starts at $75,000
