Job Description
Work closely with the vendor in management of the Client’s Merchant Audit Program to improve the reporting process and identify opportunities of putting the data into new use that could make impact on business, particularly the card acceptance at small business.
Responsibilities:
Reporting and analytics
- Quarterly executive summary of key insights for management distribution
- Quarterly deep dive report on trends and insights of audit results
- Ad hoc report for client engagement, executive meetings, public presentations, etc.
- Behavioral impact analysis via Client’NET on matched merchants
- Lead primary research to supplement the audit program with a broader view of the ecosystem to assess surcharge impact on merchants, surcharge impact on consumers’ behaviors and brand perceptions, etc.
- Manage the project end-to-end to ensure quality deliverables on time
- Vendor management, including weekly check-ins
- Stakeholder management - Collect feedbacks from all stakeholders and suggest solutions to improve the project
Skills:
- Has advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Practical knowledge of SPSS, SQL, Tableau or R is a plus
- Background in payments or a financial institutions a plus
- Expertly capable of analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information, with a demonstrated success in using research to drive insights and strategic implications that lead to business decisions
- Ability to transition easily from a technical research perspective to practical business considerations
- Strong business acumen; Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience in business analytics, consulting, market research, consumer insights, data science, corporate or agency with experience conducting analysis of primary quantitative and qualitative market research data
- Experience in leading and managing large market research programs is a plus
- Prefer a mix of client and vendor side experience
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
