Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Data Analyst who is an expert at analytics methodologies as it relates to Gen AI measurement, incrementality measurement frameworks and driving change management. We are building Gen AI capabilities across the team of 650+ analysts and want the analyst to lead the development of platform business analytics across all Intuit Assist offerings. Must have deep knowledge of ETL and data warehousing. As we will need to ensure we can create new new source to target mapping for Gen OS metrics and product clickstream data. We have an exciting opportunity to shape analytics for GenAI, bringing together products and GenAI LLMs to make a tangible impact on customer experience. 5+ years of experience working with different data and analytics domains such as service operations, e-commerce marketplace, customer care, product, finance, and marketing.Experience influencing at senior leadership levels and driving cross-functional teamsAdvanced proficiency in data modeling and mapping business needs into data design and modeling.Drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production.Ability to simplify stories with data and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinkingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and critical deadlinesOutstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleaguesProactive and inquisitive learner... seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstancesStrong organization, time management, and task prioritization skillsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, a related field or equivalent work experience.
