IT Service and Operations - IT Senior Data Analyst
Position Overview: The Senior IT Data Analyst will be a member of 3rd Party Service Management team working directly with internal and external development teams. This person acts as the principal point of contact for coordinating communication between Business, IT, Compliance, and Vendor with the purpose of developing reports to support visibility of vendor management. The IT Data Analyst will be responsible for communication, documentation, development, and transition to support.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data analysis and ad hoc report development
- Maintain reporting processes
- Gather requirements, communicate expectations, and develop reports
- Develop SLA/performance metrics reports
- Participate/provide input on production issues and follow up activities, ad hoc research and analysis
- Flexibility and experience working as Individual Contributor and as member of a Team
- Documents and implements efficiencies and process improvements
- Ability to work in an environment with rapidly changing business requirements and priorities
- Development and Reporting of Vendor Repository/Dashboard
• Research and Analysis of eligibility, claims, and encounters data exchanges
• Gathering and reporting of metrics
• Vendor Implementation and Account Support
• Process governance and documentation
• AEP testing and configuration validation
Required Experience / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 3+ years of experience with:
- Application development and/or project management
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) / file exchange implementation
- SQL development / support
- Reporting tools: Tableau and SharePoint
Desired Experience / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid industries
- Experience working in agile and matrixed environments
- Flexibility and experience working as an individual contributor and as a member of a team
- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving abilities required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
