Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Near Fremont, CA
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Fremont, CA area. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse behavioral needs within our school district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
- Provide training and support to school staff, parents, and caregivers in implementing behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavioral assessments and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with students with diverse behavioral needs, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to promoting positive behavior support and evidence-based practices.
