Senior Associate - Customer Advocacy - Relationship Specialist
Remote 7:00AM-4:00PM PT

Would you like to:

  • Manage review of fulfillment requests forms submitted via request forms and follows SOP to identify potential reference advocates via the Advocacy Database or by reaching out to engineering contacts using pre-established email templates
  • Coordinates meetings between prospect and reference customers following SOPs
  • Collaborates with other fulfillment specialists to develop email templates, talk tracks with sales teams to introduce Customer Advocacy Program, and talking tracks with customers to provide overview of Customer Advocacy Program
  • Manage the execution of nomination and fulfillment requests
  • Act as POC and escalation path for any questions around stakeholder engagement best practices
  • Identify and document any gaps around process improvement
  • Participate in customer calls when necessary
  • Ensure activities adhere to standard operating procedures

What you bring:
  • 4+yearsofsales experiencein the B2B space preferably in the customer field.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately is a must.
  • Expert client presentation skills with a proven track record of presenting at the director level.
  • Knowledge in all full lifecycle engagement components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, relationship management, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive cross functional collaboration.
  • Experience working in cross functional teams comprised of various agencies all united to achieve the same goal.
  • A high degree of skill at interpreting data to inform strategy and provide actionable insights.
  • Interest and discipline to learn about our product portfolio.
  • Familiarity in the B2B sales process.
  • A customer service mindset when working with stakeholders.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftOutlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
  • Microsoft experience a plus.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
