JOB SUMMARY:
A master's level professional in the field of behavioral health who will provide clinical oversight and leadership in crisis assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, staff training, program development and refinement, productivity and compliance management.
The Senior Coordinator will oversee intake and admission process and program census management, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff interventions and collaborate with collateral care providers and treatment providers. Acts on behalf of the Regional Director in his/her absence; under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer. The Senior Coordinator will maintain statistical records for monthly, quarterly and annual reports as mandated by regulatory and SERV requirements and closely monitor program compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
Performs other duties from time-to-time, as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSES
- Master’s Degree in the human service/behavioral health field
- Five years of clinical and related work experience, a minimum of which two years is supervisory.
- Professional and/or Clinical License preferred but not required (LCSW, LSW, LPC)
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence plus three-year driving history and a driving record in good standing.
