Job Summary:
Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the effective administration, coordination and presentation of Resident Services (direct care) training and development programs. This position is also responsible for assuring adequate and appropriate staffing as demonstrated through a minimum of a 14-day schedule of the community nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census and as may be directed by community Leadership.
This position reports to the DOW and has a partnership with the Business Office Director/HR Director.
Qualifications:
- • Experience working with people of different learning abilities and preferences
• One year of senior living experience preferred
