About the role
We are recruiting for a growth focused Senior Consultant (ESG) with advisory and/or assurance experience in the domain of ESG, sustainability and climate change to join our team to achieve our vision and goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to achieve growth, lead the delivery of projects, ensure service excellence for clients and play an important role in development of others within the team.
We help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment and progress towards authentic sustainability goals. Our portfolio of advisory and assurance projects include non-financial Report Assurance, ESG strategy, climate change related services including climate risk assessments, and green finance. You will get the opportunity to lead and develop our work on a wide range of sustainability services.
When doing this, you will get the opportunity to engage with many of the region s leading companies and brands across a wide range of sectors and to leverage a suite of services and digital technologies to scope, sell and deliver innovative solutions.
This is a remote position.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with your project teams and clients.
- Introducing services from your own/existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients.
- Assist clients in ESG reports based on various reporting frameworks like GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD etc.
- Involvement in independent assessment / verification of client s sustainability indicators involving environment (e.g. Scope 1, 2 and Scope 3 emissions), social and governance indicators.
- Involvement in the execution of ESG Assurance projects.
- Involvement in materiality assessments, impact assessments, review of stakeholder engagements

About you
Requirements
- Understanding of the current regulatory environment and upcoming legislation (CSRD, SEC, Green Taxonomy and Sustainable Finance Impact Reporting)
- Knowledge and understanding of key non-financial assurance reporting and assurance, standards such as ISAE 3000, AA1000, ISO 14064
- Knowledge and understanding of core reporting frameworks including GRI, SASB, GHG Protocol and IIRC is an advantage.
- Ability to direct the work of multiple project teams efficiently and effectively.
- Accountability towards business development targets with demonstrated performance.
- Communication skills with the ability to be inclusive and be clear and concise.
- Excellent oral and written business English communication skills
- Proactively seeks to identify real customer needs and manages customer expectations accordingly.
- An understanding of conflicting stakeholder needs and the ability to develop solutions.
- Willingness to travel and work around North America
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
