Senior Clinical Recruiter

As a Senior Clinical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential Care Managers and Clinicians (via zoom). This position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, writing skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Clinical Recruiter Core Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• 1 year of prior experience with recruiting clinicians
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work well in a team as well as a independently

Senior Clinical Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Recruitment to come up with creative ways of attracting talent
• Post job ads on multiple platforms and monitor spending
• Go to hiring events, graduations, schools to recruit new LMSW's/LCSW's
• Initiate conversation with clinicians over LinkedIn to recruit them to our agency
• Track and report on recruiting activities and outcomes
• Set up interviews and meet with candidates to determine who would bring added value to the company
• Send out offer letters and perform any onboarding tasks required
