We opened the doors to our first clinic in New York this year and we are now looking to expand and grow our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Senior Estheticianto join our team. You will play an integral role in growing our brand and business across New York, bringing the supply of affordable, accessible and most up to date Laser and Aesthetic treatments available across the World!

What you’ll do

• Perform a range of advanced treatments across Laser Hair Removal, Body and Skin treatments
• Be an ambassador for Therapie Clinic, providing an enthusiastic and memorable client experience at all times
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, educating and informing yourself on new product and services available and introducing these to your clients
• Drive sales across the clinic through upselling and crossing selling of product and services, ensuring KPIs are achieved
• Work with our medical experts to develop a specific treatment and after care plan for clients
• Front of House duties which include customer service, stock management and merchandising standards
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization
• Attend and participate in team meetings, to understand clinic targets, promotion and priorities
• Ensure the health and safety of clients at all times when performing treatments
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times
• Ensuring clients profiles are up to date with the relevant information
• Providing expert advice to clients and full product and service offering

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Esthetician or similar role
• Esthetician license
• Experience with sales and targets
• Great attitude and customer service
• Flexibility
• Team player
• Fluent English
• All laser training will be provided for the successful candidate
