Integrated Health Clinic Manager

Total Wellness is a natural health and wellness clinic located in West Farmington, OH, seeking a part-time Clinic Manager. The clinic presently hosts multiple part-time practitioners, who are providing treatments as often as several days a week, or as little as one day per month. This role is a flexible and part time position. We expect this role to be two (occasionally three) days per week in the clinic, with the possibility of growing into a full time role.

What Will You Do?

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the operation including:

• managing appointment scheduling
• managing room scheduling for various practitioners
• managing treatment sessions for hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna, etc.
• managing inventory
• maintaining and improving the clinic environment
• constantly improving the customer experience
• managing marketing initiatives:
• GoogleMyBusiness and Facebook page
• maintaining a welcoming, orderly, and sparkling appearance of the clinic
• ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment
• Pack and ship all mail orders
• maintaining financial records, including:
• bookkeeping,
• accounts payable
• check deposits
• sales tax reporting
