Senior Client Systems Technician (Western Range)

• The Sr. Client Systems Technician installs and repairs equipment; instructs customers in equipment operation; provides technical assistance; checks equipment for malfunctions.
• Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
• Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
• Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
• Assembles, installs and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics.
• Completes system programming and optimization as part of the installation process.
• Performs routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components.
• Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance and limited troubleshooting.
• Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
• The Customer Service Representative Associate travels frequently to customer sites and performs field technician service duties as assigned.

Under general supervision the Cusomer Service Representative Associate shall:

• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices. .
• May assist and train less experienced personnel. 

• MUST have a current CompTIA Security+
• High School plus advanced training, and 5 - 8 yrs. of experience.

• Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.

SALARY RANGE:

Salary Minimum: $66,033
Salary Mid: $82,541
Salary Maximum: $110,450
