Job Description
A national Senior Living Advisory is currently seeking a Sales Representative for the Phoenix market. Responsibilities include assisting families in selecting the best Senior Living option for their loved ones and cultivating a referral base within the healthcare community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help families urgently needing care find the right community or in home care agency as they transition out of a hospital or skilled nursing facility
- Promote and develop Senior Living services to medical providers within an assigned territory
- Develop referral base by routinely visiting physicians at skilled nursing facilities and hospitals
- Act as an educational resource within the community by conducting group presentations and one-on-one meeting
- Effectively convert referrals to hospice admissions by effectively demonstrating benefits of company offerings
- Canvass territory to cultivate new working relationships with physicians, discharge planners and facility administrators
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and submit daily reporting
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to the promotion of the agency
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 plus years’ healthcare or medical sales experience
- A proven track record in prospecting and expanding revenue within a given territory
- Strong account management skills with a history of developing a strong referral base
- Established relationships within assigned territory preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with and influence doctors and facility administrators
